Outreach Homes
Outreach Homes was founded in 2020 by Jonathan Lee (known professionally as Jay Weathers) and Don Secka to provide safe, supportive, and high-quality accommodation for young people aged 16–24 facing challenges such as homelessness, gang affiliations, or being NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
Its mission goes beyond providing shelter—it strives to empower young people to rebuild their lives, develop essential life skills, and prepare for independent living.
Outreach COMMUNITY
In 2023, Outreach Homes expanded its mission and launched Outreach Community CIC to provide dynamic and impactful programmes for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Guided by the core values of ‘Safety, Stability, and Success,’ Outreach Community focuses on creating inclusive environments where young people can thrive.
Its mission is to ignite ambition, inspire confidence, and empower the next generation to reach their full potential through youth-centred programmes designed to promote personal growth, education, and opportunity.
